Founded with commitment to the highest standards of quality, and respect for the traditions of whisky making, we pursue perfection in every aspect, from our traditional copper pot stills to meticulous quality control, resulting in innovative and award winning single malt whiskies of incredible quality.

SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process.

BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies.

M&H CLASSIC: In a world of loud whiskies, the M&H Classic is a familiar and comforting drop. The Classic is the beating heart of our distillery, crafted to showcase the core of what we do. Aged under the Tel Aviv sun in carefully selected ex-Bourbon casks for that classic whisky flavour. Each sip transports you into the cozy and familiar world of oak and honey so iconic of a good whisky.

TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Gentle vanilla sweetness, followed by light oak and floral notes.

Palate: Light body, vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by oak notes and light black pepper spiciness.

Finish: Short but delicate, the oak note lingers in the palate for a while with a nice light spiciness.
