Bowmore is the malt from the world’s oldest Scotch maturation warehouse, the legendary No.1 Vaults, established in 1779. The first Islay malt, still carefully smoked in a peat-fired kiln, Bowmore is widely acknowledged to be among the finest, most distinctly balance single malts in the world. Bowmore 18 Year Old is one of the most remarkable, distinctly balanced malts of its kind. Cosseted away in the finest, hand-selected oak casks and allowed to mature at its own sedate pace, 18-Year old is a masterful combination of ripe fruit, dark chocolate and Islay smoke.
