M&H Distillery | Levantine Gin | Milk and Honey Israeli Gin | 70cl, 46% ABV

BOLD IDEAS, BOLD WHISKY. M&H, also known as MILK & HONEY DISTILLERY, is Israel’s first whisky distillery. Founded with commitment to the highest standards of quality, and respect for the traditions of whisky making, we pursue perfection in every aspect, from our traditional copper pot stills to meticulous quality control, resulting in innovative and award winning single malt whiskies of incredible quality.

INNOVATIVE FLAVOUR: Our range of single malt gins is inspired by the flavors of our homeland, with each glass a delicious window into what drives our team's creativity. From the sleek cocktail-laden nightlife of Tel Aviv, to the rich heritage of Jaffa's orange groves, to even the herb studded hills of our outdoors, we've condensed what we love most about our home into this exquisite hand crafted small batch series.

M&H LEVANTINE GIN: Newly repackaged in a sleek new bottle design, our Levantine gin is a embodiment of our commitment to incredible quality and flavour. Many imagine the Middle East as one big desert, but the hills of the Levant are lush with green, and curiously studded with exotic and fragrant herbs. It’s even common for Israeli families to keep tiny gardens of herbs in their homes just for making fresh tea. Inspired by this tradition, the Levantine gin is made from a blend of those native herbs like Za’atar and Lemon Verbena. The result is a single malt gin that captures the dynamic verdant flavours of those local herbs in a drink that’s both moreishly sweet, and invitingly herbal.
