Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Public Relations, Werbung, Marketing, Social Media, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Düsseldorf (Wirtschaftswissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Werbung beginnt Geschichten zu erzählen und es entstehen laufend neue Werbeformen. Eine dieser neuen Werbeformen ist Native Advertising, also Werbung im natürlichen Umfeld. Dabei werden Werbeinhalte als journalistische Inhalte getarnt und in das Umfeld redaktioneller Beiträge eingebettet. Digitales Dialogmarketing steht in Anbetracht der Reaktanz gegenüber Online-Werbung vor der Herausforderung, User effizient zu erreichen. Native Advertising soll gegenüber der schlechten Performance von Display Ads Abhilfe schaffen und mit Inhalten Mehrwerte bieten. Zudem wollen Publisher und Werbungtreibende mit Native Advertising auch das Smartphone erobern. Die Budgets für Native Advertising im Mobile-Bereich werden sich 2015 weltweit verdoppeln. Das Segment wird im aktuellen Jahr also 13% des gesamten globalen Budgets für Mobile-Werbung stellen. Die Werbeform hat das Ziel sich derart an die Umgebung anzupassen, dass die Werbung nicht mehr als solche erkennbar ist. Dieser Pluspunkt ist zugleich aber auch die eigentliche Schwäche dieser Werbeform, denn dadurch findet keine klare Abgrenzung mehr zwischen redaktionellen und werblichen Inhalten statt. Dies führt zu einiger Kritik an der Werbeform. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, herauszufinden in welcher Ausprägung die Abgrenzung zwischen redaktionellen und werblichen Inhalten bei der Werbeform Native Advertising erfolgen muss, um ein optimales Gleichgewicht zwischen der Klickrate und der positiven Bewertung dieser Werbeform zu erreichen. Zur theoretischen Grundlage der empirischen Studie werden zuerst wichtige Begriffe definiert und die Rahmenbedingungen zur rechtlichen Regulierung von Native Advertising, sowie die Entwicklung des Online-Marketings dargestellt.
