About the Author Dr. Allen T. Craddock is an active trial attorney and the managing director of Ceasefire, a Non-Profit Organization. Allen has mediated, facilitated, and convened over 4,000 disputes. Holding two doctorate degrees, Allen is a frequently requested speaker and serves as an adjunct professor of law at St. Mary?s University, San Antonio, Texas.
