Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Medien / Kommunikation - Public Relations, Werbung, Marketing, Social Media, Note: 2,7, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Für die Zusammenarbeit russischer und deutscher Unternehmen und für den gegenseitigen Vertrieb der Waren ist es wichtig, „kulturell passende" Kundenbindungsstrategien zu benutzen. Die Arbeit besteht aus sechs Kapiteln. Während das erste Kapitel in die Thematik und Problemstellung einführt, werden im zweiten, dritten und vierten Kapitel der Einfluss kultureller Prägungen auf das Konsumverhalten russischer und deutscher Verbraucher, das Verhältnis von Russen und Deutschen zueinander und die Kundenbindungsstrategien beider Länder verglichen. Das fünfte Kapitel befasst sich mit der qualitativen Untersuchung, erläutert den Aufbau der Interviews und präsentiert die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung. In sechstem Kapitel kommen die Zusammenfassung und Ausblick der Arbeit.
