Hand Crafted: Our mezcal is produced from Espadin agave, which is cooked in small batches, crushed with a tahona stone pulled by our donkey named Chicharito and double distilled. With every step following traditional techniques passed down for generations

Sustainably Farmed: Sustainably produced in Oaxaca. Our mezcal is made from Maguey Espadin agave, which is harvested at full maturity, after eight years on our estate in Mexico.
