Product Description Ramo de Rosas Espadín Capón is a beautifully crafted mezcal made from Espadín agave left to mature in the earth long after its peak — a traditional capón method that allows the plant to concentrate its sugars and deepen its character. Harvested after 8 years, the agave is roasted underground, fermented naturally, and double-distilled in copper stills. The result is a joven mezcal with incredible depth: sweet baked agave, touches of white pepper, wild herbs, and a clean ribbon of natural smoke. Despite being unaged, it carries a warmth and complexity typically found in aged spirits — thanks to the patience and care that go into every step of its creation.
