Made from 8-year-old Espadín agave, it is produced on a single estate where every step—growing, cooking, fermenting, distilling and bottling—is managed in-house. On the nose, fresh citrus, pineapple, pear and tropical fruit notes greet you. Roasted agave, soft caramel and a whisper of smoke follow, giving way to a silky, fruit-driven finish with baking spice accents. Delightful neat in a tasting glass at around 18–22 °C, Rosaluna also enhances cocktails by preserving agave character over smoke. It complements fresh, spicy, or citrus dishes—ceviche, grilled shrimp or salsas.
