About the Author Dr Hardeep Chahal is a professor in the Department of Commerce, University of Jammu, India. Her research work has been acknowledged in refereed International journals. She currently serves on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Health Quality and Assurance and Journal of Services Research. Dr Vijay Pereira is an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
