ESTATE IN THE FOREST: Located in the Oltrepò Pavese DOCG area of Lombardy, the village of Zenevredo is home to Tenuta il Bosco, the 'Estate in the Forest', where 120 hectares of planted vines are used to create wines with a remarkable finish

PINOT NERO POGGIO PELATO: A red wine using 100% Pinot Noir grapes to authentically capture the essence of Oltrepò Pavese, Poggio Pelato has a seductive ruby colour with purple tones joined by delicate, fresh aromas of blackcurrant, rhubarb and spice

A SOFT WINE WITH RANGE: This Pinot Nero is a full-bodied and well-balanced wine that offers a broad, soft, and rich palate with discreet notes of almonds. Best served chilled at 16-18°C

VINIFICATION: Great care is used when vinifying the Pinot Noir grapes to ensure the characteristics of the area are fully expressed. A period of malolactic fermentation is followed by 6 months of ageing to attain greater harmony and complexity in the wine
