Barbaresco DOCG is a still red wine that pleasantly accompanies white and red meat dishes, game birds, roasts and mature cheeses. Made from a blend of Nebbiolo grapes, this Barbaresco has a vinous, fragrant and intense expression, which becomes more important as the years go by, pleasantly accompanying any type of meal. Deep garnet red colour with delicate orange tinges. Its accessible yet invigorating character intersperses the enjoyment of genuine traditional dishes with sips of absolute pleasure. Aromas and flavours: It has an intense and persistent aroma with ethereal hints of fruit and dried flowers from which nuances of rose and violet stand out. Heady aromas of sweet spices and leather with toasty hints. Taste profile: A fullbodied tasting experience with a remarkable structure. Tannins are present but supple and pleasant capable of conferring a typically austere note. Fullbodied, balanced and alluring. Alcohol content: 14% vol.
