THE ESTEEMED CA' BOLANI ESTATE: A garden of vines lined with 999 Cypress trees, the Ca' Bolani estate in Aquileia is nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the ideal environment for producing wines with distinguished fragrances and flavours

PINOT BIANCO: Grapes are taken from the vine to the winery to be gently crushed, after which the extracted juices undergo temperature-controlled fermentation before being left on its own, natural yeast lees to reach the ideal level of harmony

THE BOUQUET: A luminous white wine flowing with elegant notes of hawthorn and acacia mixed with delicate scents reminiscent of white peaches and tropical fruits that add a level of fruitiness that brings harmony to the nose
