A SOFT WINE WITH RANGE: This Pinot Nero is a full-bodied and well-balanced wine that offers a broad, soft, and rich palate with discreet notes of almonds. Best served chilled at 16-18°C

VINIFICATION: Great care is used when vinifying the Pinot Noir grapes to ensure the characteristics of the area are fully expressed. A period of malolactic fermentation is followed by 6 months of ageing to attain greater harmony and complexity in the wine

PAIRING NOTES: Poggio Pelato is an excellent food wine, a glass of this Italian red will pair particularly well with mature cheeses or meat dishes, especially roasts
