Product Description Where Ancient Spirit Meets Oaxacan Gold Bandida Black is the authentic union of two of Oaxaca's most sacred treasures: 500-year-old artisanal mezcal and the region's most celebrated organic coffee. A Foundation of Unrivalled Purity The journey begins with our award-winning Blanco mezcal. We use only 12-year-old Espadín agave, slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed by a 70-year-old volcanic Tahona stone wheel, and fermented in wild pine vats. This ancient, hands-on process, passed down through four generations of the same family, creates a spirit of exceptional quality, forming the perfect canvas for infusion. The Sacred Coffee Infusion Our Maestro Mezcalero selected the finest organic Arabica beans from the high-altitude Pluma region of Oaxaca, a coffee prized for its delicate body and rich flavour. The beans are hand-roasted and then patiently steeped in our finished mezcal. This slow, cold infusion naturally draws out the coffee's deepest notes without the need for heat, chemicals, or—most importantly—added sugar. A Sophisticated Sipping Experience The result is a spirit that is both bold and elegant. On the nose, aromas of fresh espresso and rich cacao. The palate is a complex and masterful balance of dark roasted coffee and bitter chocolate, which gives way to the sweet, earthy smoke of the roasted agave and a hint of baking spice.
