Product Description Maestro Dobel Humitois made from 100% blue agave hand-picked from our family-owned ranches in the most prolific parts of the Tequila region. Our expert jimadores select only the best agave plants that are harvested right before the rainy season when they have optimum sugar content which gives the Dobel® Tequila their exceptional body. Maestro Dobel Humitois double-distilled, this slow process is where the essence of the tequila is captured. Maestro White created a unique artisan process which means the tequila doesn’t need to be in aged in barrels. Our expert tequila distiller uses only mesquite wood during the production process of this silver tequila to replicate flavours from the tequilas from the 1600s. It’s an extraordinary balance of smoky notes and agave that we call Humito. This special smoking process allows us to experience ancestral smoky notes from over 200 years ago. Each batch is rigorously monitored to ensure the mesquite and oak aromas that distinguish this unique tequila are in every batch. Dobel® is the nickname of Juan Domingo Beckmann Legoretta, the 11th generation of tequila producers. Maestro Dobel tequila is his legacy, and he personally oversees every step of its production. COLOUR: Bright, clear liquid with touches of silver and exceptional body that comes from high-quality agave. AROMA: Notably smoky and complex, with forward notes of encino and mesquite wood and fruity floral tones. Perfectly balanced sensations of buttery caramel, cooked agave, olive and dried fruit. TASTE: A delicate and satisfying bouquet of sweet caramel flavours with maple and honey top notes, layered with the essence of fresh cut mesquite wood.
