Mijenta is an additive-free, sustainable tequila from the highlands of Jalisco that celebrates the traditions of Mexican culture and embodies the best of the land and its people. For us, everything begins with quality and we are inspired by a vision of what tequila should be: complex, balanced and gastronomic. Our tequilas are distilled exclusively from full mature Blue Weber agave from the mineral-rich terroir of Arandas. Honouring craft and tradition, Mijenta tequilas are delicately distilled to preserve the flavours developed and are unfiltered to retain their complexity and elegance. Mijenta Reposado is aged up to six months in a blend of American white oak, French oak, and French acacia casks presenting a more mature and fuller expression. A delicate and inviting vanilla nose with notes of bergamot, honey, preserved fruits and orange blossom flowers. Rich flavours of cooked agave, honey, vanilla and cacao nibs come through on the palate to deliver a long and generous finish.
