Maestro Dobel Anejo 100% Agave Tequila 70 cl and Aged in fire-charred American new oak barrels

Dobel is sourced from a single estate and crafted from 100% blue agave, the best of the season. Our expert jimadores select only the best agave plants that are harvested right before the rainy season when they have optimum sugar content which gives the Dobel Tequila exceptional body. Our single estate tequila is aged in fire-charred American new oak barrels for at least 18 months. The white oak adds sweet, nutty, vanilla flavours and a touch of smokiness. The ageing also adds agave and fruit complexity and depth. Our Maestro Tequilero then hand-selects different vintages from different phases of the aging process, exclusive to Maestro Dobel tequilas, to add a sensational smoothness. The design of this heavily embossed bottle is inspired by the laboratory sample bottles used by the distillery’s Maestro Tequileros. The most respected Maestro Tequilero signs each bottle with the creator. Dobel is the nickname of Juan Domingo Beckmann Legoretta, the 11th generation of tequila producers; Maestro Dobel Tequila is his legacy, and he personally oversees every step of its production.
