Its convenient box features a 15 L wine demijohn in a plastic basket, facilitating moving the demijohn around and protecting it against shattering. It is accompanied by a rubber stopper with an opening and a shatterproof airlock with a protective plug. Potassium metabisulphite for stabilising wine and flushing the winemaking equipment. Vinistart complex – a comprehensive mix intended for fermentation, containing winemaking yeast, perfectly adjusted nutrients and pectic enzyme that facilitates obtaining juice from fruit and fining the wine. The multimeter included in the kit will allow to measure the sugar content in a batch and plan the wine strength.A hose with a clamp enables easy wine decanting and bottling. The detailed manual includes information on all the stages of homemade wine preparation and comes in four language versions. This high quality kit will facilitate you work and make the wine preparation process very efficient. How to use: Equipment washing: Remember that the winemaking equipment you use should be washed thoroughly. This will prevent contaminations that could spoil the wine. For washing the winemaking equipment, use the potassium metabisulphite solution included in the kit or Oxi Turbo that you can purchase separately – it should be used in line with the instructions on the packaging. Remember never to wash demijohns and other glass accessories with hot water – the maximum water temperature allowed is 50°C. Excessively high temperature might lead to fractures or glass. The kit includes: - 15 L wine demijohn in a plastic basket - Ø 43 mm demijohn stopper with a closure, - Airlock with a protective plug, - 10 g of potassium metabisulphite - an agent intended for stabilisation of must and wine, as well as for flushing the winemaking equipment, - Vinistart Complex - a combination of a noble yeast strain, appropriate nutrients, and pectic enzyme - a natural enzyme facilitating obtaining juice from fruit and supporting wine fining, - Multimeter in a test tube - an areometer intended for controlling the sugar content in the batch and in the wine, - Hose for siphoning wine, with a clamp. Safety Warning Keep the candle away from flammable materials, never let the candle burn unattended, note the burning time and dispose of candle residues professionally.
