Description

Each vineyard parcel was treated seperately, from picking to gentle pressing to vinification in stainless steel tanks. Such attention to detail allowed for judicious selection when blending decisions were made in the spring following the harvest. All wines were aged for at least three years on the lees and given sufficient post-disgorgement time before release. Delicate, refined and blending the lift of citrus fruit with the richness of almond, honey and toast from its ageing. It’s perhaps best as an aperitif wine although lighter dishes are a great match too. Taste the future of globally-important sparkling wine."

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after more than three years on lees in our cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.

Produced in West Sussex, England.

Best served well chilled.
