Tasting Note: A straw-yellow color with golden reflections, streaked by a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it is enveloping and vibrant at the same time, with sharp acidity and an underlying savory vein, with the carbon dioxide setting the rhythm of the aromatic dance between the fragrance of fruit and the sensuality of pastry.

Pairing: The refinement of the aromas, the energy of the bubbles, and the gustatory complexity make it an all-course sparkling wine, which is particularly enhanced by dishes with strong flavors, such as those based on firm-fleshed fish (tuna, swordfish) and/or special cooking methods (roast, grilled, marinated) and/or seasoned with spices and aromatic herbs. For this reason, it is absolutely worth trying on the spicy and warm dishes of oriental or South American cuisine.
