Perrier Jouet Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, 1.5L

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV Perrier-Jouët was the first House to experiment with producing dry Champagnes, giving birth to the legendary Brut style we know and love in the UK. Appearance: A beautiful golden hue. Nose: A lively freshness reveals harmonious fruity and floral aromas: white flowers (blossom, lime, honeysuckle) punctuated with fresh fruit flavours (lemon, peach) and yellow fruits (apricot, mango) developing into notes of buttery brioche and hints of vanilla. In the mouth. The attack fills the palate with a beautiful structure, balance and roundness. The wine delivers a gentle vinosity with an agreeable persistence on the finish. Serving Suggestions The subtlety of the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut cuvée and its floral and fruity fragrances is an incredibly light and agreeable fresh champagne. Blossom, honeysuckle and yellow fruit flavours will magnificently reveal the delicate flavours of poultry and the sweetness of vanilla aromas. The House of Perrier-Jouët A luxury champagne house focused on quality, Perrier-Jouët has family roots reaching back to 1811, some of the finest vineyards in Champagne and a reputation for crafting floral, elegant cuvées of finesse. Behind this stands a line of just seven Cellar Masters who, over two centuries, have upheld the house style. Since its 1902 collaboration with Art Nouveau pioneer Emile Gallé, creator of the anemone design for the house’s Belle Epoque prestige cuvée, Perrier-Jouët has commissioned work from established and emerging artists.
