La Cuvée defines the House style and serves as an ideal introduction to our wines with its characteristic lightness, freshness and elegance. Grape varieties: Chardonnay +50%, Pinot Noir 30-35%, Meunier 10-15% Reserve wines: 15-30% Crus: +100 Crus Ageing: 4 years Eye - A pale gold colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. Nose - A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. Palate - The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes such as those of vine peach and white fruit. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. Food paring: This fresh and pure wine is perfect as an aperitif.
