Jansz Brut Non Vintage Cuvee is a 75 cl bottle of Tasmanian sparkling wine produced using methode Tasmanienne, the region's signature winemaking tradition.
The wine features honeysuckle, citrus, nougat, roasted nuts and strawberry aromas from Pinot Noir, with a creamy palate and lingering citrus finish.
Grapes are grown on selected cool-climate vineyards across Tasmania's Tamar Valley, specifically the Pipers River region where ocean breezes moderate temperature.
Secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle with extended ageing on yeast lees to develop complexity, intensity and refined flavours in this sparkling wine.
Jansz vineyard sits on red, free-draining basalt soil, creating ideal growing conditions for slow ripening and delicate fruit development in Tasmanian sparkling wines.
