"Se Busca meaning 'wanted' in Spanish is a tribute to the women who fought in the Mexican Revolution for a new constitution. HOW TO ENJOY: Se Busca Reposado Cocktail Prima Piña is 1.5 oz Se Busca Reposado Mezcal, 0.5 lime juice, 0.5 oz agave, 0.75 oz pineapple juice and 3 pinches of coriander. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a half salt/pepper rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple frond. Eco-responsible approach: we only source organic agaves, and our proprietary roasting method allows us to use up to 70% less wood compared to the traditional cooking method. Se Busca has a soil conservation program, replanting the agaves we use and teaching local communities sustainable farming techniques. Made with ultra-pure water sourced from a local mountain spring located near the distillery. Se Busca celebrates women in the mezcal industry: Eleana Nuñez oversees production and export, Doña Mary and Doña Yuri participate in the Fermentation process, Azucena leads the bottling and Diana our lead chemist is in charge of the liquid profile. "

Se Busca Reposado is a small batch, handcrafted, artisanal Mezcal produced at the family-run Lopez Sosa distillery in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Se Busca Reposado is aged for at least 2 months in French Oak ex-Sherry casks and is made with 100% Espadin agave. Specifically made with a lighter smoke profile, the flavours of our perfectly cooked, hand-harvested agave shine through with complex notes of sweet almonds, vanilla and coconut along with oak and mesquite.

Unlike other mezcals and in true rebel fashion, our roasting methods diverge because we use indirect heat to slowly-roast the fresh picked agave allowing the flavour of the agave to not be overpowered by the smoke.

Se Busca signature smokiness enhances, but does not dominate the liquid. Unlike most mezcal brands, Se Busca is specifically created to have a lighter smoke profile, resulting in an approachable, sweet yet complex liquid.
