Description

Cantine Torri was originally a cooperative started in 1966, but it has since become a small private estate with around 25 hectares of mature vines. Converted fully to organic wine production, they have sites dotted through the foothills below the impressive Gran Sasso mountain, lying between 100 to 300 metres above sea level. The Pecorino demonstrates great poise, concentration and plain likability. It will handle gentle spiciness like curry leaves, lime and chilli - its citrus freshness seems to push through nicely.
