Description

Cantine Torri was originally a cooperative started in 1966, but it has since become a small private estate with around 25 hectares of mature vines. Converted fully to organic wine production, they have sites dotted through the foothills below the impressive Gran Sasso mountain, lying between 100 to 300 metres above sea level. The super ripe and velvety Montepulciano d'Abruzzo "4 20" has a little tannin and bitterness to bolster what seems like a wall of dark cherry fruit - a joy to drink!
