The Pelvic Floor muscle is like any other human muscle, it requires exercise and attention to remain active and strong. The Elise works by stimulating that muscle, inducing the muscle to contract and be exercised. The Elise unit contains 4 clinically proven programs that are effective against urge, stress and mixed incontinence by treating the overactive nerves in this area. Directions To use the TensCare Elise, first ensure it's charged. Apply Go Gel, a sterile, water-based lubricant, to the probe. Insert the probe vaginally or anally, then select one of the four pre-set programs. The unit will automatically increase stimulation strength gradually. Use for up to 20 minutes, then remove the probe and clean it with mild soap and water. Do not use if you have a pacemaker, heart rhythm problem, cervical cancer, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
