TensCare Sure Pro Pelvic Floor Exerciser with TENS Pain Relief

The TensCare Sure Pro is designed for people experiencing bladder leakage, bowel control problems, reduced pelvic floor strength or chronic pelvic pain. Pelvic floor weakness can develop after childbirth, surgery, ageing or periods of reduced activity. It may cause leakage when coughing, sneezing or exercising, sudden urges to use the toilet, reduced bowel control or discomfort in the pelvic area. These symptoms can affect confidence and make everyday activities more difficult. Sure Pro uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation through a compatible vaginal or anal probe to contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This helps users target the correct muscles, making it suitable for those who find manual pelvic floor exercises difficult or ineffective. The device includes tailored programmes for stress, urge and mixed incontinence, along with settings for pelvic floor strengthening, reduced sensation and faecal incontinence support. Surface electrode pads can also be used for tibial nerve stimulation and selected pain-relief programmes. A dedicated TENS programme supports the management of chronic pelvic pain, including discomfort associated with vulvodynia and other persistent pelvic conditions. Sure Pro includes 11 preset programmes and three customisable programmes. Its dual-channel design allows treatment through a probe or up to four surface electrodes. Usage memory records treatment time and average intensity for up to 90 days. The rechargeable battery, backlit display and adjustable intensity controls make the device convenient for regular home use.
