Elise Be free to live an active life. One in four women experiences a degree of incontinence after giving birth, and anyone can suffer from the condition at any time of their lives. Despite this prevalence, it can be debilitating, embarrassing, unpleasant and seldom discussed, and very few sufferers seek any sort of treatment or help. However, this common condition can be easily treated. Physiotherapists and doctors recommend pelvic floor exercises to help improve levels of continence, but often these are not enough on their own, and it is very difficult to know exactly which muscles need to be exercised. In some cases the muscles may be so weak that they are unable to perform simple movements in the first place. Some women are unable to voluntarily exercise the pelvic floor muscle themselves and require assistance. This is when the Elise is required, playing a vital role in locating and exercising the muscle for you. The Elise is the ideal way to build up strength in the pelvic floor, and results can be seen in as little as a few weeks. The Pelvic Floor muscle is like any other human muscle, it requires exercise and attention to remain active and strong. The Elise works by stimulating that muscle, inducing the muscle to contract and be exercised. The Elise unit contains 4 clinically proven programs that are effective against urge, stress and mixed - incontinence by treating the overactive nerves in this area. Elise Features Comfortable Stimulation The strength of the stimulation increases gradually, making the feeling very comfortable and in your control. Easy Start - One Touch Memory The Elise has intelligent memory that enables the unit to remember the last program and the strength setting used. Clinically tested programs The programs which have been preset into the unit have been clinically tested and proven to be highly effective. Safety Duration Override A safety duration override feature has been incorporated into the Elise to ensure that the pelvic floor muscle is not overworked. This is set at twenty minutes after which time the unit will switch off. It is possible to alter the time in order to customise the unit to your needs. Usage Memory The Elise has a Usage Memory which shows the length of time that the unit has been in use and the average level of strength utilised. Rechargeable Li-ion battery The Elise is the first electrotherapy unit to use a slim line Li-ion battery. It gives a long and slender profile in a well tried format.

COMFORTABLECSTIMULATION: the Elise increases in small increments of 0.5mA of intensity. Meaning that you will not experience any sudden jumps in intensity and it also gives you greater choice of intensity - to find a level that works best for you. Creating a comfortable stimulation to help stimulate the pelvic floor

SAFETY: TensCare puts your safety at the forefront of any product. That is why the Elise - kegel exerciser comes with a built in safety system. Should it detect a loss of connection between skin and probe, the machine will reset to 0 and flash. this is to avoid any nasty shocks allowing for you to complete the exercises with confidence.

TREATMENT TIMERS: The unit defaults to 20 minute sessions. Meaning you can sit back and relax and allow the unit to do all the work. once the 20 minute kegel exercisers have been completed, the unit will turn off. Furthermore, you are able to change the timer of of programmes to: 0, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes - giving you plenty of choice.

DISCREET: the device is silent, so no one will know it is being used and you can use it in comfort. The unit also comes with a blue travel bag that shows no sign of what's within - so you can transport it where ever you may need it
