The TensCare Elise is designed for women experiencing bladder weakness, accidental leakage or reduced pelvic floor strength. Pelvic floor weakness can develop after childbirth, ageing, menopause, surgery or periods of reduced activity. It may cause leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercising, as well as sudden urges to use the toilet. These symptoms can affect confidence and make everyday activities more difficult. Elise uses gentle Electrical Muscle Stimulation through a vaginal probe to contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This helps target and exercise the correct muscles, making it suitable for women who find manual pelvic floor exercises difficult or are unsure whether they are performing them correctly. The device includes four preset programmes tailored to support stress, urge and mixed incontinence, along with a toning programme for general pelvic floor strengthening. Regular use may help improve muscle tone, bladder control and confidence during everyday activities. Stimulation intensity increases gradually, allowing each session to be adjusted to a comfortable level. The Easy Start memory returns to the last programme and intensity setting used, making regular treatment simple and convenient. A built-in treatment timer helps prevent the pelvic floor muscles from being overworked. Standard sessions last approximately 20 minutes, while usage memory records treatment time and average intensity to help monitor your routine. The slim rechargeable design makes Elise suitable for discreet and convenient use at home. Always read the instructions before use. Do not use during pregnancy or with a pacemaker, heart rhythm condition or implanted electronic medical device.

COMFORTABLECSTIMULATION: the Elise increases in small increments of 0.5mA of intensity. Meaning that you will not experience any sudden jumps in intensity and it also gives you greater choice of intensity - to find a level that works best for you. Creating a comfortable stimulation to help stimulate the pelvic floor

SAFETY: TensCare puts your safety at the forefront of any product. That is why the Elise - kegel exerciser comes with a built in safety system. Should it detect a loss of connection between skin and probe, the machine will reset to 0 and flash. this is to avoid any nasty shocks allowing for you to complete the exercises with confidence.

TREATMENT TIMERS: The unit defaults to 20 minute sessions. Meaning you can sit back and relax and allow the unit to do all the work. once the 20 minute kegel exercisers have been completed, the unit will turn off. Furthermore, you are able to change the timer of of programmes to: 0, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes - giving you plenty of choice.

DISCREET: the device is silent, so no one will know it is being used and you can use it in comfort. The unit also comes with a blue travel bag that shows no sign of what's within - so you can transport it where ever you may need it
