These symptoms can affect confidence and make everyday activities feel more difficult. The iTouch Go Gold uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation to contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This helps target the correct muscles, making it suitable for women who find traditional pelvic floor exercises difficult or are unsure whether they are performing them correctly. Regular use may help strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, improve bladder control and reduce symptoms associated with stress, urge and mixed incontinence. It can also support pelvic floor rehabilitation following childbirth and help users rebuild strength as part of their recovery routine. The nickel-free gold probe provides an alternative for women who are sensitive to nickel or other base metals. Its smooth design supports comfortable use, while 99 adjustable intensity levels allow the stimulation to be tailored to your comfort and muscle strength. The wireless design makes the device discreet and easy to use at home. Sessions can be completed while sitting or lying down, with a recommended treatment time of approximately 20 minutes per day.
