The TensCare iTouch Go Gold is a wireless pelvic floor exerciser designed for women experiencing bladder weakness, accidental leaks or reduced pelvic floor strength. Pelvic floor weakness can occur after childbirth, pelvic surgery, ageing or periods of reduced activity. It may lead to leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercising, as well as sudden urges to use the toilet. These symptoms can affect confidence and make everyday activities feel more difficult. The iTouch Go Gold uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation to contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This helps target the correct muscles, making it suitable for women who find traditional pelvic floor exercises difficult or are unsure whether they are performing them correctly. Regular use may help strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, improve bladder control and reduce symptoms associated with stress, urge and mixed incontinence. It can also support pelvic floor rehabilitation following childbirth and help users rebuild strength as part of their recovery routine. The nickel-free gold probe provides an alternative for women who are sensitive to nickel or other base metals. Its smooth design supports comfortable use, while 99 adjustable intensity levels allow the stimulation to be tailored to your comfort and muscle strength. The wireless design makes the device discreet and easy to use at home. Sessions can be completed while sitting or lying down, with a recommended treatment time of approximately 20 minutes per day. The kit includes the iTouch Go Gold nickel-free probe, control hub, Go Gel, USB-C charging cable and instructions for use. Do not use during pregnancy, within six weeks of childbirth or pelvic surgery, with a pacemaker or heart rhythm condition, or during an active urinary or vaginal infection. Always read the instructions before use. Directions Insert the nickel-free gold probe and select the appropriate programme. Adjust the stimulation using the 99 intensity levels until you reach a strong but comfortable setting. Pelvic floor programmes typically take around 20 minutes. Keep the charging hub closed while the probe is charging.
