The TensCare Elise 2 is designed for women experiencing bladder weakness, accidental leaks or reduced pelvic floor strength. Pelvic floor weakness can develop after childbirth, ageing, menopause or periods of reduced activity. It may cause leakage when coughing, sneezing, laughing or exercising, as well as sudden urges to use the toilet. These symptoms can affect confidence and make everyday activities more difficult. Elise 2 uses gentle Electrical Muscle Stimulation through a vaginal probe to contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles. This helps target the correct muscles, making it suitable for users who find manual pelvic floor exercises difficult or are unsure whether they are performing them correctly. Its tailored programmes support stress, urge and mixed incontinence, while regular use may help strengthen and tone the pelvic floor, improve bladder control and support sexual wellbeing. Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes. For best results, use the device regularly for up to 12 weeks, following the supplied instructions. The rechargeable design makes Elise 2 convenient for repeated use at home. It is supplied with a vaginal probe and may also be used with a compatible anal probe purchased separately. Always read the instructions before use. Do not use during pregnancy or with a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device. Directions Instructions on probe usage, setting selection, and usage routine are included. Safety Warning Do not use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or any heart condition. Always follow the instructions provided with the device for safe and effective use.
