INSPIRED BY TRADITION: Akashi Blend is a round and elegant whisky blended by the Japanese distillery Eigashima. A whisky that combines Japanese tradition and Scotch production techniques.

AN ELEGANT WHISKY: Made from 30% malted barley Akashi Meisei is aged for 3 years in bourbon barrels. The high % of malted barley in this blend brings more complexity and spiciness.

THE JAPANESE EXPERTISE : Blended by the Eigashima distillery, the first one to ever obtain the distilling licence in Japan. The distillery relies on centuries of expertise acquired in the production of traditional japanese spirits such as Umeshu, Sake or shochu.

ACCELERATED AGEING : The specific climate in Japan, hot summers and cold winters allows Akashi whiskies to benefit from a more rapid aging, giving them complexity and richness in a short period of time.

CAN BE ENJOYED IN MULTIPLE WAYS : Can be enjoyed neat or the traditionnal Japanese way: in a highball glass with soda water and ice.
