Product 1: HOW WE MAKE IT – We begin with locally grown, floor-malted barley which is fermented for more than 90 hours before a double distillation, resulting in a light and fruity new-make spirit. We dilute this to 63. 5% ABV for casking and then fill premium American oak STR barriques, allowing these to mature.

Product 1: THE COTSWOLDS TASTE - Notes of dark chocolate, dried figs, plums in sweet syrup on the nose. Warming cereal, and toast on the palate, with lots of fresh red fruits and butterscotch.

Product 1: BEST WAYS TO SERVE - We don't believe in rules when it comes to enjoying whisky - sip this neat, over ice, in a cocktail.

Product 1: CAREFULLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS – We use 100% locally grown barley, the local water is filtered and demineralised and our barrels are premium shaved, toasted and re-charred American oak red wine barriques.

Product 2: HOW WE MAKE IT - This whisky is made with local barley fermented for 90 hours to generate a fruity flavour. After distillation the result is a light, colourless, new make spirit which is diluted and put into casks to mature for just over three years

Product 2: THE COTSWOLDS TASTE - Notes of honey, butterscotch, layered fruits, and a hint of marzipan. It has strong notes of tannin-rich malt on the palate with dark sugar, spice and caramelised Seville marmalade

Product 2: CAREFULLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS - Our whisky is made using 100% locally grown barley and two varieties of yeast to ensure good yields and fruity flavours. The local water is filtered and demineralised and our barrels are a combination of first-fill Kentucky ex-bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks.
