В настоящее время признано, что учителя играют важнейшую роль в обеспечении образовательной инклюзии учащихся с особыми образовательными потребностями. Однако также общепризнано, что в большинстве случаев учителя не готовы к тому, чтобы удовлетворить потребность в качественном образовании для всех учащихся. Это является огромной проблемой для начального образования. По этой причине мы учли применение основных потенциалов и потребностей в данной проблематике. В данном тексте предлагается группа действий, составляющих методологическую стратегию по изменению установок учителей начальной школы в муниципалитете Камахуани. Она направлена на создание эффективной инклюзивной практики, основанной на особом внимании, необходимом для обучения школьников с особыми образовательными потребностями. Этот проект был подвергнут оценке группой экспертов, которые выработали свои критерии и соображения. В заключение была продемонстрирована эффективность разработанной стратегии и дана рекомендация распространить ее на остальных учителей школ.
