В книге рассматривается проблема использования отходов пивоваренного производства. Изучена причина выстрой порчи пивной дробины, обусловленная ее повышенной влажностью, которая способствует развитию гнилостной микрофлоры и грибов, образующих микотоксины. Предложен способ, продлевающий срок хранения пивной дробины. Способ заключается в хранении пивной дробины в анаэробных условиях с использованием различных консервантов. Найден оптимальный биологический консервант, позволяющий продлить срок хранения пивной дробины до 6 месяцев. Показано, что максимальный зоотехнический эффект от ввода пивной дробины в рационы сельскохозяйственных животных достигается при совместном использовании пивной дробины с ферментативным пробиотиком Целлобактерином, созданным на основе консорциума микроорганизмов. Предложенные способы сохранения и применения пивной дробины будут интересны руководителям и специалистам сельскохозяйственных организаций, научным сотрудникам, преподавателям, аспирантам и студентам аграрных вузов.
