Toffee Malt, roasted at low temperatures and caramelised, contributes honey and toffee notes, whilst Laureate Distillers Malt adds sweetness and floral character. This 70cl bottle at 46% ABV represents a sophisticated expression showcasing New Zealand's unique malting heritage and the Pokeno distillery's commitment to distinctive, locally-inspired whisky craftsmanship.
