TROPICAL CRADLE OF RHUM ARGRICOLE: Located in the heart of the Caribbean, the Fonds-Préville Distillery was established in 1845 by Jean-Marie Martin ( Aka J.M) in the north-east of the island of Martinique (France). It is nestled at the foot of Mount Pelée in a green setting of incredible biodiversity. The cane fields are in the immediate vicinity of the distillery, set in the middle of the 300-hectare Fonds-Préville estate created in 1790.
A DOUBLE TOAST FOR MORE CHARACTER: This rum aged in American oak barrels that have benefited from a double - heating ( Intense & Extreme) draws its exceptional character from the environment of Mount Pelee.
TASTING NOTES: fruity notes (banana & flambé pineapple) and honeyed and spicy notes with vanilla. Powerful and gourmet , it is embellished with woody and empyreumatic notes (toast & hazelnut) which give it an aromatic profile full of character.

EXCEPTIONAL BECAUSE RESPONSIBLE: The Fonds Prévile distillery operates in a circular economy, so that the sugarcane waste feeds our boiler and produces electricity for the island. This preservation of our paradisiacal environment, of our terroir, allows the men and women of the J.M. team to offer exceptional rhums to amateurs and connoisseurs.
