Winemaker, Craig McAllister, adds his own highly personal touch by combining the best Burgundian winemaking techniques with contemporary Californian style.

Over the years, La Crema expanded beyond the Russian River Valley to Sonoma Coast, Green Valley, Fort Ross-Seaview, Mendocino, Carneros and Monterey.

Not stopping at California the winery ventured to Oregon's famed Willamette valley where it produces a world class Pinot Noir.

This wine is lively, zesty and supple, and has aromas of cherry, cocoa and black tea. With pomegranate, plum and orange zest flavours, this wine has a broad, concentrated, and lingering finish.
