A RENOWNED REGION: Castello di Albola's vineyards are planted among the highest hills of Chianti Classico. The 125 hectares of vines enjoy the benefits of ideal microclimates from the steep slopes of the famed territory, resulting in high-quality wines

A BLEND OF CHARDONNAY & TREBBIANO GRAPES: Handpicked grapes are gently pressed with only the free-run juice being used. After temperature-controlled vinification, 60% Chardonnay is blended with 40% Trebbiano before a short ageing period in steel tanks

FRUITY WITH FLORAL UNDERTONES - The Toscano Bianco presents a very clear and beautiful straw-yellow appearance and opens with dominant notes of citrus and green apple, with lovely tones of jasmine lying beneath. Best served chilled at 7-10°C

A FRESH TASTING SYNERGY - Possessing both a good body and great freshness, the blend benefits from the richness of the Chardonnay being complemented by the acidity of the Trebbiano. Pairs well with fish, sushi and even pasta or rice with light sauce
