MOSCATO D'ASTI: Made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, this is a lightly sparkling, delicately sweet wine with a very fine aroma accompanied by a straw yellow colour with golden reflections and boasting a gentle bubbliness. Best served chilled at 6°C

SWEET & SOPHISTICATED: Highlighted by perfectly ripe grapes, the Moscato exudes delicate aromas of woodland undergrowth, moss and lemon which play into the palate with notes of fresh orange blossom flower, white peach and honey that lead to a crisp finish

PRESERVING NATURAL SWEETNESS: The Moscato grapes are fermented until the wine has a 5% alcohol content after which the temperature is lowered to prevent all the sugar from converting to alcohol preserving the natural sweetness and aromatics of the grapes

PAIRING NOTES: Well suited for pairing with spicy Asian cuisine and excellent for serving at the end of a meal with desserts, fresh fruit, mild to semi-aged cheeses, or with ice cream. Also ideal on its own as a conversation starter. Enjoy it your way
