SUBTLE COMPLEXITY: Clarendelle Bordeaux White is inspired by the subtle & harmonious structure of white wines from Domaine Clarence Dillon. This Bordeaux wine is a skilful blend of two traditional Bordeaux grape varieties, Sémillon & Sauvignon Blanc.

TASTING: The complex nose reveals the extent of the aromatic palette of Sauvignon ranging from boxwood to exotic fruits & citrus. The muscadelles bring a touch of rose & lychee to the blend. The mouth is greedy & round, with a beautiful minerality.

TASTING SUGGESTIONS: The ideal tasting temperature is between 10°C & 12.5°C. This wine can be served as soon as it is opened without decanting. Clarendelle Bordeaux White 2021 is fully expressed today at the tasting or kept in the cellar for years.
