A PRESTIGIOUS SALENTO RED: A still red wine from Salento, this Negroamaro will greet you with a dark ruby colour courtesy of the 100% Negroamaro grapes. A full-bodied wine with a lightly sweet nose and intense palate, it's best served chilled at 16-18°C

A PRACTICED PROCESS: Gently destemmed and crushed, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation for 7 days, followed by maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged for a year in large Slavonian barrels before a period of bottle ageing

SEDUCTIVE SCENTS: Get swept away by the first half of the bouquet with delicious notes of blackberry, cherry, and ripe red fruit that lead into the second act filled with lovely, spicy aromas accompanied by hints of coffee, chocolate and liquorice
