RESTED FOR 5 YEARS. Laid down in oak barrels for at least five years, this rum is imbued with unsurpassed dimensions and depth. Enjoyed best straight or on the rocks.

TASTING NOTES. On the nose this rum has scents of dried tropical fruit with aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. On the palate the 5 year old has a hint of spice with caramel, toasted coconut and vanilla.

ARTFULLY BLENDED. Allowing both time and our unique Demerara climate to take their course, we lay down our oak barrels for decades at a time to imbue El Dorado with unsurpassed dimension and depth.
