The finish develops slowly and leaves opulence to last. The 25 year old is incredibly rare, housed in a decanter style sculpted glass bottle - hinting at its luxurious flavour. It is a blend of the world’s only wooden Coffey still, the unique double wooden pot still and 2 types of column still and has been aged for exactly 25 years in small American Oak casks. It’s bottled in limited quantities each year and only released on allocation. About El Dorado Rum Eldorado rums are produced strictly from local Demerara sugar cane, grown on the banks of the Demerara river and are aged in small American oak casks before being blended to perfection by the master blender. The rums are left to marry for at least three months ensuring a rich development of flavours with impressive complexity.
