RELICARIO PEATED FINISH - Relicario Peated Finish Rum is produced by ageing in single malt barrels, combined with hints of smoke, peat and malt and nuts. This is robust, long-lasting and persistent in the mouth, with a drawn-out flavour providing smokey touches that give it a very special character. (70cl, 40% ABV)

SWEET AROMAS - As a result of it being an aged Dominican rum, aromas of sugar cane juice and vanilla are prominent. Produced by the ageing at source, this dark rum perfectly combines hints of smoke, peat, malt and nuances of nuts from the final ageing in single malt barrels.

COMPLEX FLAVOUR - This is a deep-bodied, dark rum that has an aromatic complexity that fills the palate with perfect harmony between the aged notes and the smoky nuances. The earthy smoke from the barrels works well alongside the molasses notes in the rum - perfect for sipping.

HOW TO ENJOY - Our Rum can be enjoyed over ice or can be mixed with cola, lemonade, fruit juice, soda or even coconut water to create a long drink. Create delicious, sweet cocktails or add garnishes to create exciting, new flavours. The opportunities are endless with this delicious Rum.

MIXTURES & AGEING - Relicario Pleated Finish has been developed from Relicario Superior, aged for between 5 and 10 years in the Dominican Republic and then aged for a further 6 months in American oak barrels that contained whiskey peated.
