Product 1: HOW IS IT MADE - Merser & Co. Double Barrel Gold Rum is a masterful blend of six carefully selected aged rums from Jamaica, Barbados and the Dominican Republic. Once blended, this natural, golden, artisanal Rum receives a secondary cask maturation in ex Bourbon, ex Scotch, Oak Barrels in the heart of London for six months allowing the different flavours and aromas to gently harmonise for a smooth, refined finish.

Product 1: THE TASTE - On the nose you will find alluring Vanilla sweetness with flashes of vibrant Tropical Fruit and a wonderful Toasty Oak character. The palate is mouth-coating, warming and generous with soft notes of Vanilla, more of that Tropical Fruit and some Wine-like notes created through the cask maturation process. Toasty Oak returns on the finish alongside sweet Vanilla and hints of Pastry Cream.

Product 1: HOW TO ENJOY - Seriously good with Ginger Ale, Cola or served in a classic Rum Cocktail such as an Old Fashioned or Daiquiri. Wonderful enjoyed neat at room temperature or with a little ice.

Product 2: HOW IS IT MADE - Merser & Co Signature Rum combines the finest aged rums from Barbados, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Trinidad. In London, we expertly blend these rums together and finish them in oak barrels for 6 weeks in batches of just 400 bottles.

Product 2: THE TASTE - A genuine and beautifully balanced, smooth, Golden Rum with hints of tropical fruits, butterscotch and an oaky sweetness.
