Aged for 12 months, this wine has notes of apple, lemon peel, lime, honey and almond. Founded by Moa Gürbüzer, a decades long therapist/social worker, Oddbird has grown into Sweden's largest producer of quality wines. 100% CHARDONNAY: Sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Liberated from alcohol.

ODDBIRD BLANC DE BLANCS: is a premium, refreshing and well-balanced sparkling white wine with a crisp, clean finish. A delightful wine with food.

It has sophisticated tones of Apple, Lemon peel, Lime, Honey and Almond. With a refreshingly fruity, youthful taste; there are hints of apples, honey, pears and citrus.

The sparkling wine is aged for up to twelve months in a terroir of light, stony clay and limestone.

BEST SERVED: at 8-10 ° C as an aperitif or with dishes of fish, chicken or salads.

ODDBIRD is liberated from alcohol.
