The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards across Provence, planted on argilo-calcaire (clay-limestone) soils that encourage balanced vine growth. Fruit is harvested at optimal maturity to preserve aromatic expression, then delivered to the winery and vinified using direct pressing. Fermentation takes place under temperature-controlled conditions to retain the purity of the fruit, and the wine is then aged on its fine lees — a technique that builds freshness, texture, and aromatic finesse before bottling. In the glass it is light, crisp, and zesty, with notes of ripe lemon, pink grapefruit, peach, and raspberry.
