Product Description HÄMMERLE Williams Edelbrand is a benchmark Williams pear eau-de-vie from Austria. Distilled and bottled by Privatbrennerei Gebhard Hämmerle in Lustenau, it focuses on pristine fruit, clarity and length—hallmarks of great Alpine brandy. The nose is vivid and pure: freshly cut Williams pear rises first, framed by fine citrus lift and a touch of honey. Subtle walnut notes lend a gentle nuttiness. On the palate it is aromatic and dense yet poised, carrying ripe pear at the core. The texture is clean and precise, gliding to a dry, long finish in which the varietal character continues to echo. Craft is central to the style. For each litre of this Edelbrand, Hämmerle processes approximately 120–130 carefully selected Williams Christ pears from Alpine growing areas, a scale that preserves intensity and typicity in the finished spirit.
